Rates: (based on two persons per boat)

We don’t have any hidden or unexpected charges for our trips and you will not receive a bill on departure. Rates are based on a shared two capacity room and shared skiff. Your trip cost includes lodging at our beautiful lodge, a Mediterranean villa on an open water bay, amid a 16 acre private estate... all dining prepared by our executive chef, an open complementary bar including beverages, liquor, house wine, and of course guided fishing, use of our Orvis tackle and custom flies. Not included are guide & staff gratuities.

Our most popular trips are 7 days/ nights (discount package), but YES we do welcome guests for any duration of visit.

$800 per person per day for fishing, tackle, flies & baits.

$400 per person per day for lodging, dining, and all accommodations.

$1200 total.

Discount Package: All trips 7 nights or more will have a flat 10% discount.

Children are welcome at any age, but we carefully schedule these reservations on appropriate dates.

Solo skiff premium: $350 per day.

Single room special request: $400 per night, but in many cases a single guest is not charged this premium based on availability.

We do not include transportation, but we are happy to arrange for shuttle transportation to and from the Key West airport @$100 each way. Taxis are readily available at the airport (estimated $80 each way) and Uber is becoming available but not always reliable.

Reservations will require a non-refundable deposit of 50% from each guest. The balance will be due no later than 90 days prior to arrival.

Cancelations at least 90 days prior to your trip: We will try to offer client different available dates in the same season, no additional fees. If that is not possible, client can find a substitute, or forfeit the deposit.

Cancellations within 90 days of the reserved trip dates can be transferred to a substitute. If that is not possible, unfortunately payments will be forfeited.

Weather conditions will not justify refunds or discounts.

All payments are non-refundable.

Gratuity Guidline
We feel gratuities are completely the discretion of our guests. But we are regularly asked for guidance on what is customary. If you feel your trip warrants such gratuities... Our guides commonly receive $50 per day of guide service from each angler. Chef/ Kitchen/ House staff/ Manager as a group generally receive $75 per person per night. - as a suggestion only.
